These terms govern your use of OrgAF. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to use the service.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to access data that does not belong to you.
• Do not misuse, reverse-engineer or disrupt the service.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others when uploading content.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds, where applicable, are handled at our discretion.

Free tier limits

The free tier has limits on the number of projects, businesses, invoices and other items you can create. These limits may change as the product evolves.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you add to OrgAF. You grant us the limited right to host, store and display it solely to provide the service to you.

Service availability

We aim to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
